I got four new tires put on, one of the new ones leaked so I went back to have it fixed. Took the 3 hours to fix the leak on the tire they put on days earlier. When I picked up my car the stem cap was missing so I had to go in and ask for one. They "fixed" the leaking tire by over filling it to 55psi (should be at 32psi) and not tightening the lugs all the way so my car shook uncontrollably on the high way. They're lucky my tire didn't blow up on the highway.

I can’t say enough great things about Pep Boys in Manchester on S Willow St! From the online booking which was so convenient; to them taking me early & giving me an exact time frame & price before doing ANY work...the sales manager was friendly & joked around with me, which I loved! I will definitely be a repeat customer, thank you so much for a great experience Pep Boys!
Service manager Joe treated me with great respect and was very polite and professional. Sometimes tough to get through to the store by phone....busy store and maybe understaffed....lots of jobs these days and not a lot of workers? He was truly concerned with my visit after a miscommunication with another service member and did what was within his means to make me happy.
Appointments? What a joke. Bring a book... and a snack... and maybe a pillow. You will wait. And wait.
They make constant excuses on how they CAN’T help you, Gary is a constant winer about how busy they are, and no call to action on how to fix it! Stop wining and get things done. Piss poor planning, promotes piss poor results! Management, fix it!!! Melissa, thank you for not scheduling me for today as you promised you would on Thursday when I called!!!
After my fiancee had a less than pleasant experience, being talked down to by a mechanic, she filed a complaint and was contacted by a manger who simply stated, "Uh... sorry? that doesn't sound like us". This is an unprofessional way to handle a complaint: as if it didn't even happen. I am incredibly disappointed with this location and will not do business here again. I will actively draw business from here.
