Came in yesterday for an alignment and there was a 2hr wait so the guy said we could make an appointment for today, made one for 10 am. Get here early for my appointment and the guy says there is a 2hr wait. . WTF did I make an appointment for.. this place sucks!
What the heck? I called, made an appointment, sent the boys with the car and it's now 4 hours?? Changing our 4 tires, already had the tires, just swapping the rims!!
