Absolutely awful consistency. In March, I brought two wheels in to receive new tires which I also brought it. Installation was quick and easy, and everything looked and worked perfect. I was charged $33.54. Today, I bring the front two in for the same service, and the list of discrepancies includes scraped paint, grease smothered on the tire and rim surface, no evidence that anything aside from a bare minimum was performed, cherry on top, they didn't even include the cap to one of the new valve stems! I've just moved to the area from Florida. I used Pep Boys down there as well. I've been having tire pressure issues that kept returning. Dylan has been awesome every time I've come. He is so courteous and a pleasure to work with. I'll be bringing my car here for service again. with employees like Dylan I can't go wrong.

1st they rescheduled my appointment because a worker left sick. 2nd at my rescheduled appointment they didn't even know why I was there and then told me my tires never came in and they couldn't find them. Something they should have known from my 1st appointment. If I wanted tires before the snow storm they would refund me the money I had already spent and sell me new ones that were Michigan higher priced. Will never go back again . 2 hours to change a flat tire then he proceeds to tell me about the air in the tires should be checked every 2 weeks.......did they check all the tires for air pressure nope so the truck goes back in for another 30 minutes . Wow . The first time I was there with an appointment set they forgot about us we were there from 2pm until 9pm for 4 new tires . Not even sure the tires are any good 9 months and a blown belt really?
I am from out of town. Team at Pep Boyd went way out of their way to get my car fixed and back on the road very quickly! I appreciated be treated kindly and will be a Pep Boys customer from now on.
