They are the worst!!! They had my car for 5 hours today and couldn’t do a tire plug. Walked in after work and two mechanics sitting on counter behind the register. Unreal!!!!!

Not Bad Been their Forever
The website is not user friendly. I accidentally scheduled two appointments because the website wouldn’t allow me to purchase tires and the services I needed done, but that’s not a huge deal. I was a little alarmed when I arrived for my pre-scheduled appointment and was told that they needed to double check to make sure they had the tires I ordered because the computer system apparently has a glitch that tells them they have tires that they don’t. Can I give negative stars? Dropped my car off before 9am for a headlight i be fixed. Done work at 4. They said they would call when it’s done. Still no call and when i call they just put me on hold. It’s a headlight. It better be done when i get there in five minutes.
I brought my car in on a Sunday afternoon, knowing EXACTLY what was leaking and from where. Gave them specific instructions about it, and stressed that I needed the car back by end of day Monday. I was assured it would be one of the first cars worked on in the morning. Monday night just before closing, I'm told on the phone that they couldn't find the leak of <other fluid>.
