I went to the pep boys service center on New Warrington rd and Jackson st. I went IN to get MY oil changed, they employee behind the desk tried TO tell me I was driving WITH NO oil IN the car,.. I told him I checked IT before I LEFT the house and IT WAS FULL!! He said Oh, and went back inside, It took them an hour and a half to DO an oil change...when I started TO leave IT started TO rain,when I turned MY wipers ON THEY HAD BEEN CUT IN HALF.. So I went TO Advance Auto parts TO GET them replaced...,
Pep Boys update. After being told by customer service that my new rebate card would arrive, via UPS, on Friday (1/10), it is now Tuesday and they are saying that it must be "weather related delays" within the UPS system. When I asked for a tracking number, this was their reply "we will request a tracking number on your behalf and will provide it to you once we have it." They still haven't received the "update from the rebate department" that they requested on December 31, so I'm certainly not holding my breath at this point... read more
