They destroyed my engine due to negligence, and now they are making it almost impossible to handle the situation. The store is clearly under terrible management, and to be rude on top of that is mind blowing. Customer service should never go out the window especially if you are the manager of the store.
RecommendedSean and Amanda in service are amazing! they wrok so hard and do such great work it was a joy to work in a separate department of the store but have them as references when I needed help.
made an appointment for 3:30 to get a balance and rotation. dropped car off at 3:20. went to supper. came back at 4:30. car has not moved. went inside, was told that it would be taken back in 10 minutes should take about 30 minutes. went shopping returned at 6:15 car was still in the stall. went inside...they were just finished. so much for making an appointment

Fuck this company. They overcharge you and they scam you. Already payed them $500 to fix my engine. Took it back a few days later because my engine still had the same issue. After taking it back they still wanted to charge me another $500 when it's there fault that they didn't fix the issue in the first place.
Stopped in on Sunday. They were understaffed and overworked. I wanted a tire rotation but they couldn’t help me as well as another customer who was waiting for a tire patch. I’ll go somewhere else from now on
Take advantage of someone that comes in with a flat tire and charges them $200 because you know they don't have a choice! $200 for one tire for a Chevy Volt? I didn't pay that much for my tires for my corvette!!! Shameful!
