They have no customer service skills what so ever they r rude & nasty & i will never go there again hell i should of never went there to begin with.
I have been a loyal customer until yesterday. My Camaro got a flat tire, and noticed it didn't have a spare(bought used in June) after hrs of waiting on tow I arrived at Pep Boys. The service/tire employee Jerry was very short and rude to me after I asked 2 simple questions about the tire. Having an issue with my head light going out even when replacing and a friend said I would need a fuse and light bulb. Went here to have them replace it and the older man came out to the car and started puffing and saying how do you know that's what's wrong with it. I said a friend told me and he said well your friend couldn't fix the problem for you !!!! What!!! Who says that!! He said well it's gonna cost you 15 dollars like it was a problem. I had an appointment at 10 am for an oil change. THAT IS IT! I did not ask for the 1 hour and 15 minutes of checking my car over to see what you could find wrong to take my money. Very disappointing!!
Right now I am standing at the counter waiting to get a price for roof rack cross bars for our Jeep Grand Cherokee. I have been standing here for 15 mins and one person said retail would be right here to help. At least four other employees have walked to the counter and haven't bothered to help me. I am going to stand here until somebody helps me and then I am going to be a righteous ass!!! No wonder I haven't bought anything from them in years. The customer service sucks!!
I ordered a battery online to save $40 and made an appointment to have it installed. The appointment was at 10am. I arrived 15 mins early and was told it would be 11 before they could get my vehicle back. It took another hr to install the battery once they took it back. I should have paid the extra $40 and gone to auto zone and had everything done in 10-15 mins. This is bullshit.
