I like the service I got mine oil change and tire rotation there day
I received fast, courteous service as soon as I walked through the door. Had what I needed, at a fair price. Great customer service from Sarah!
I have gotten now three sets of tires with Pep Boys. Even with an appointment, the wait is several hours, but it's worth it because they really work hard and find the best deal. I came in for routine tire rotation and balancing today to find out two tires were worn down (33,000 on 60,000 mile tires that were rotated and balanced as required). Has gone way down hill in even the simplest customer service. A hello we will be with you in a moment would suffice. Then two people that came in at least 7 minutes after me were taken care of first. I would have left but we were picking up. They also did not perform the duties we asked them to do. I understand they are busy, as I am in the customer service industry as well, but maybe hire more people? I don't think I'll be back and it's a shame after so many years...
