Recommendedasked for oil chng with synethic blend and air filter. ended up with this PLUS $35 for windshield wipers that weren't needed. signed "high mileage" car pkg without knowing what it entailed. this was done AFTER I had stated only needed oil chng and air filter. nothing on receipt showed tire pressure checked, have to take word they did it. disappointed, never had this at Pep Boys in NY or Ala. 😔
Made an appointment and they still couldn’t finish an oil change in less than 2 hours. I wish I could post a picture of their counter—half eaten food! So gross! I left and will not be back!
The people are friendly and they tried to help me with my issue .
Had to get new brakes on Easter Sunday while driving to Disney. They were open and got me back on the road the same day. They did great work and very professional.
