My wife and I were on vacation headed to Savannah.I had a blowout and had my car towed to this Pep Boys late at night. The next morning I went over to have my car looked at. I was planning on buying 4 new tires. When I get there they were moderately busy with a few people ahead of me. Not one of the 3 employee at the desk even looked up to greet me when I came in. Little background story- We live in Kentucky. We are 11 hours away from our home on our very first family vacation with our 3 year old & 5 year old. While being rerouted around an accident in downtown Savannah, we ran over a large bolt and it punctured our tire. Please don’t go here. Just flush 5 or 6 hundred bucks down your toilet. Same experience.
They good cheap and fast.
Dropped car off in the morning for tire repair. They called and said the tire needed replaced and gave me my options. They did not try to sell me more than what I needed and the price was great compared to other places. I will use them again if I need any work done.
