Was told it would be "33 hours" at least for what ended up being a simple tire repair at another shop. You've lost my business.

I brought my truck in to have a power steering pump replaced. They were courteous and did a great job in spite of the difficulty they had in removing the old pump. I want to thank them and recommend their services to all.
The service writter was great, I watched the tech change my tires... Holy crap, he was so slow! Plus he had to B.S. with co workers after taking each tire off. Pretty sure he could have changed 4 tires and an oil change in an hour from start to finishe, not 1 hr 45 min.
Went in for oil change. Was told about an hour. Asked for Quaker State Defy + quart of Lucas oil. 2+ hours later and Wrong oil (regular QS not Defy). I checked out. Will not be going back to this particular Pep Boys.
