This place is a giant cluster-fu@k of fuckery. I doubt there's even one person employed here that's smarter than a first grader.
Needed a rear light bulb. Had in stock. Very polite. Short wait and very reasonable rate for part and installation. I enjoyed visiting with senior citizen Harold and the young man in the parts section was super polite.
