horrible treatment – My husband recently ordered some tires on line and had them delivered to Pep Boys for them to install. They first said that they never received the tires and were rude on the phone stating they would call us when they came in. We kept trying to tell them they were already delivered however, they wouldn't listen or look for them. Then they didn't install them correctly with no apology for either event.
