I had a nail in my tire. From the moment I walked thru the door everyone was really very nice and welcoming...noticeably...above average! I think they had me ready to go in less than 30min. I would recommend store #148 on Center Line Dr to anyone! Thank you!

I had a flat today and went two other places before Pep Boys who couldn’t get around to helping me. Pep Boys mounted my tire and balanced it in less than thirty minutes and got me back on the road like it was no problem! Thank you all! Will be recommending to friends and family.
We bought brand new tires in late June....my husband took my SUV back as they are deflating for some reason...no help provided....called corporate 3-days ago...no call back
Took my car there for a simple repair over the weekend now I have three new issues after I reported the Manager to their corporate office....an employee offered to have the man that did the initial repair to look at it today then when my husband brought in the vehicle the manager refused service because I reported him to corporate.
3 hrs for an oil change and to have 1 tire looked at and I'm still waiting. my dad is a mechanic and it doesn't take this long to do any of that . Next time I need something done, I'm going to wait until I go home to have my dad do it.
