Terrible experience when needing a simple Battery Change that could've been done per the Mechanic but Jason the sales rep stated that was not going to be possible, I explained to the mechanic that once I turn my car off i was not going to be able to turn my car back on. Jason stated the mechanic was not going to be able to do it but the mechanic said he couldn't go against Jason's judgement but didn't understand why, he apologized and said it was not his decision but Jason's.

They were customer service friendly and extremely helpful
They were not extremely busy but had some tough jobs but they squeezed in a tire replacement for me. Can't thank the service member Ezekquiel enough for getting me in and out when I needed to pick up my fiancé for some important wedding stuff. He was the man! And he seriously went above and beyond for me today. Thank you Ezekquiel!
This place is the best ever.... Ever need your car fixed this is the place to go!!!!!!!! Cheap prices also warranties are always great people are kind and won't rip you off this place pep boys in Downey you will always have my business
You suck! In the simplest of terms this location SUCKS!!! Even worse than the one in Long Beach. I'll be back tomorrow since apparently they can't even replace a light bulb for headlights or replace a battery without fucking things up.
