HORRIBLE experience!! Ordered my battery online, scheduled my appointment after I called to verify the battery was available. When I arrived I was told The battery was not available and they tried to sell me a different battery at the same price. I was on my lunch break I was asked to bring my car back later or after work which was not an option for me. Steer clear of Pep Boys they don’t stand behind what they say!

They charged my brother-in-law $1200 for a new AC compressor they never installed. They ended up refunding his money but only after the police were called.
Currently waiting in the sitting area. Took my mom's car to get a new battery and to see what else is wrong with it and have been waiting for almost an hour. Went up to their customer service area and asked if they ever started working ok it. They said "they're working on it now." Yet the car is outside. In short: terrible place to go to, I'd recommend going anywhere else but here.
Great pay, Good people. This is a good location. lots of micromanaging.
