They definately don't stand behind their work either.
Pep Boys Long Beach is the most consistantly dishonest company in the auto repair industry. Save yourself some aggravation. We have a fleet of cars, so you might think that it would be good for their business to do right by us. No ! Those thugs dress in their Pep Boys uniform just to continue their dishonest activity at work.
Pep Boys is definitely the best place to go for all car needs. I TRUST Pep Boys Long Beach more than any other mechanic I've been to since I started driving almost 30 years ago. The mechanics and staff are very knowledgeable and honest, hardworking and pay attention to detail.
