I'm not trying to charge me for a service they did not do when I got my new battery on my BMW the website said they charged an extra $37 true reset the computer after replacing the battery they did not reset the computer and they said they did not have the machine to shall I pointed out to them why are they charge me for that service if they did not do it so they took it off ladder that I had appointment at 10 and didn't get out of there until 12I watch them they only took 5 minutes to replace the battery after I went in and... read more

Called ahead to ask how long it would take for an oil change... Guy said not too long, just a few vehicles there. I show up at 5pm, to get my vehicle back at 8pm. 3 hours for an oil change. Pretty long if you ask me.

Worst place scratched my car and didn't fix my car and had to refund my money spent 9 hours there for nothing
