I liked in the beginning but as I went to pick up my car I stood at counter for 10 minutes as employees just walked past me. Finally had to go and get a manager!!!
Horrendous service. Came in as soon as they opened to put a new tire on. I was told two hours. 5 hours later and I'm still sitting here. NEVER COME HERE.
Tried to rip me off by telling my brakes were worn down...seemed odd since I had done them recently. Pulled the pads myself, only to find that more than half the pad remained! Never will I give them my business again.
Pep Boys of Long Beach will charge you diagnostic charges then not fix your real problem. Mine started with an engine light with cylinder #1. After plugs $725 – PROBLEM NOT FIXED. New coil for #1 - $75 – PROBLEM NOT FIXED. Intake gasket - $675 – PROBLEM NOT FIXED. Now they say the cylinder gasket – but don’t know for sure. Customer service sucks!!
