Always good service, Omar Chang and his team are top, I ordered tires last night and because they haven't been delivered yet they gave me the next higher tires for the same price. Was there three times and all three times received top service
I want to personally thank Dwight the General Manager for his excellent customer service. He listened to my trouble with a battery situation I was having. Calmed me by really listening to my trouble. Resolved the issue in a matter of minutes. I would recommend going to Pep Boys if you want excellent customer service. Thank you, Dwight, you are the best.
I've been dealing with the Tamarac store for years .. first with my Dakota pick up and for the past couple years with my Mini Cooper S .... had a tire issue and couldn't find the source of the leak but they kept checking and found the issue was a lose tire pressure warning monitor and only lost air while driving due to vibration ... always treated well .. GOOD JOB
