I will never deal with Pepboys after the mess I had to deal with. This location assured me they would get me two new tires for my car and have them done by December 23rd at 12pm. I get there after work at 6:30 and my car was in the parking lot with the old tires still on. I was never contacted about the tires not coming in I had to take a Lyft on the 23rd and 24th from my house in Tamarac to my job in Fort Lauderdale. They are very honest and that was greatly appreciated by me, a woman..
I had a nail in my tire and was losing air quickly. I pulled over to this pep boys for help and their team operated very professionally and quickly helped me. They explained my options instead of insisting I had to get a new tire. For that they have gained my trust. Highly recommend.
