I had a nasty run-in with one of their employees the other day. Due to someone (who's first language was clearly not English) misunderstanding what I said and relaying it to someone else, that employee angrily approached me calling me a liar, railing at me with his lips all pursed, and never apologized for it when I explained to him it had nothing at all to do with him. Another employee had to calm him down and make him move on.
