Totally incompetent! From the employee at the service desk, to the tech and manager. What happened to customer service? 5 hours, with an APPOINTMENT, to get tires rotated and balanced! Stay clear of Pepboys!
Worst customer service ever they take forever to look at your car even though you have an appointment its 9 o'clock and they stop and put my car in
Slowest Service ever.. Hour and half later still waiting for plug to be repaired on tire.
These guys are awesome ♡ best service. I trust these guys. Its my car's extended family
I will never go here again. My fiance has been a customer of these guys for many many years. I go there for the first time to get a simple oil change and they couldn't even do that right! Very very disappointed
