Ordered my tires on Amazon and paid the extra to have them mounted at this location , after dropping the wheels off around 11 I get a call from one of the mangers saying that they would need to clamp my custom $2600 wheels on the inside chrome surface and said that it would leave a row of dimple marks from the tire machine .. This pep boys location has done work on my vehicles in the past. I am quite satisfied with their work and very pleased with their personnel. I brought my car in for brake work today. I trust that they will do right by me.

No service skills period. I understand if you can’t fix a tire, but all it took was a simple walk out to look at my truck to tell me that. Instead your service advisor waits 2 hours to go look at it. Thanks Ryan!
