RecommendedToday Saturday aug 13th my truck had a flat tires I was pulling a Horse trailer down 294. I was having a hard time finding a place in the area that carries that size tire, I ended up going to this pep boys because they had it in stock. I was told a 1.5 hour wait, but after I told them the situation with the horse trailer they had me out the door in 20 minutes. I really appreciate you guys helping me out AND it turned out it was only the valve stem popped.
twice now, they have been unclear and tried to take me for a ride. took my vehicle to firestone, and they were direct, honest, and clear.

The manager Bryan literally was YELLING at me in front of people saying that they were too busy to take me even though I had a 3 PM confirmed online appointment from 11 o’clock this morning. The worst tire service I have ever received. Bought and had installed new Cooper 65,000 mile tires on my car, 4 DAYS LATER I HAD A FLAT! Called roadside assistance, had to miss work so they could have it towed over there. They said their was an air leak. My dad explained to me that happens when the installer doesn’t clean the rim off well prior to installing the tire. YOU HAD ONE JOB!
