This place is the worst for any type of service. There’s 4 people behind the service counter bullshitting, gossiping and on their phones. They have no regard for the customer’s time. They don’t care. They have you over a wheelbarrow. So shut up and take it.

I made an appointment and when I drove there from Tom's River to get my daughter's oil changed. they first told me they didn't have the oil filter for a Subaru Forester then they had a special for $89.99 but they told me my car used different oil so it would be over $100 for me so even with the $20 discount it was still over $82 never go there again. $82 for an oil change and they also said they rotated my tires big deal
Well it was sunday (a plus) needed a power steering pump. They didnt have the part, but they picked one up at their sister store. Needed car fixed immediately and they did their job had my car for work Monday. Great job need motor mount done and that will be my next appointment.
I had a great experience there. They gave me a competitive price when I bought new tires and even threw in a part for free. They completed the job on time and I couldn't be happier.

My husband had an appointment for today to get his new tires replaced. They told him that it is going to take 3 hours to do a tire change, rotation, tire balanced and a wheel alignment . As he waited almost 3 hours..they came out and told him that his new tires never came in. His tires were off at this point and they also told him that there was no one to put them back on.
