Would give ZERO stars if I could. I took my car for the annual scheduled inspection and dropped it off. I reminded the tech at the service center to let the mechanic know the dashboard was slightly tinted and to place stickers in designated cut out. I did this last year and the mechanic still put stickers over the tint. Then proceeded to scrape gashes in the tint to remove it. I had a seatbelt that wasn't working and a carpool to drive; I was desperate and popped in to see if they could help. Shawn was so kind: he was willing to take a look at the problem immediately; he fixed it in 5 minutes, didn't charge me, and sent me on my way. Thanks so much, Pep Boys!

I lived next door to this place for 15 years. I have never once received proper service. Every time I go in and get parts they're wrong and I have to make a second trip. When I had my car worked on they forgot to do two of the services I requested. Although the staff is fairly friendly they have no idea what they're doing... today was my last trip.
