Never go back! Needed a battery, then drove .5 miles needed a jump because it was not installed correctly!
They just lie to you to get you out of the store. Don't go here and believe anything they say.
Appointments for any Pep Boys are worthless. Made appointment and they cancelled it because they were too busy with non appointments.
Need a plug in my tire and Nick.. the service desk assistant (with no personality) miserable to deal with tells me no one can do it till maybe Wednesday... and that maybe he can do it Wednesday... as he is standing right in front of me... why I come here bc I always deal with horrible workers or shit service... I'm officially done here as of today.
If I could give a 0 star rating I would! All I have are problems here. They took over 2 hours for an inspection and to put 2 tires on. When they put my tires on they never balanced my tires but they charged me for it. They also left my lug nuts looks on my one tire causing my tire to make a terrible noise and they could have flew off and caused a major accident for me on the highway. We were towed into them at the last minute yesterday... They squeezed us in even though they had limited hours. I am so thankful.
