This is the worst place to do business with and I will explain why. I sent my daughter to this Pepboys on 82nd to have her car checked out. She asked for the free diagnostic but was told this store doesn’t do those. She questioned the tech who then changed his mind and said the man who does the “free” diagnostics wasn’t there however he would do her a favor and do the diagnostic if she had whatever was wrong fixed there and he demanded her credit card.
