Worst service ive ever witnessed! Parked my car at 9:40 for a 10:00 appointment. By 5:30 they hadnt even looked at it. I WILL NEVER GO BACK!

Two big for Pep Boys Pleasant Hill. Went in ready to buy a new battery for my Explorer. Not only did they test the old one without me asking, but they also determined it was under warranty and replaced it at no cost. That's outstanding customer service. Thank you Pep Boys!!
It took 2 1/2 hours for them to change out my battery. I was the first one in that day. No reason it should not taken so long. Won't go back there again.
My Pep Boys Experience – I took my car to the Pleasant Hill CA Pep Boys for a replacement engine and I picked up the car last night after work (5/11) and found "several new & long" scratches on my driver side front and rear doors from the engine installation. Driving home the engine oil light came on and stayed on. This morning (5/12) when I drove to work it was gone but at lunch when I came out and started the car that's when the real fun started. Poor Customer Service Manager was downright nasty. Got different prices from different people. Was told they were not busy when I called then when I came in was told they were too busy to help me. 4 employees were just standing around. Some people really deserve to lose their jobs. Called later and was told they were doing a different service then I ordered.
