Drive an hour from SF to get tires. This was the only pep boys in the bay that jasmine in stock. 4 hours for two tires and an oil change. Didn’t tell me one of my tires was cupping in the back. Suggested I should get an alignment, then noticed I have unlimited alignments and had it done when the tires were purchased. Less than a year ago. Tire warranty covers nothing but a nail or screw. Employee service at all time low.. wait and rescheduled and had car allay and when got it back another issue surfaced and yet the mechanic made sure to make my wife feel very low and worthless you know who you are
I'm having a oil change service at 520 contra costa Blvd, pleasant hill ca branch. On the website, it says 30 minutes guarantee. That's why I decided to come here "Pepboys" to have a service. I make an appointment at 9:00am. When I check in, I was already told it's not going to be done in 30 minutes because there is only 1 guy working at that moment. Nice guys- but 3 hours to change tires even with an appointment.....
Worst place ever! They have had my daughters car for three weeks now. Each promise to give it back has been met with another "It's not ready yet." They finally returned her car last week only to drive 10 miles and the problem is still there. They told her initially she should not be driving the car in it's condition and then return it in the same condition and tell her she can drive it. She still does not have her car. One of the associates lied to me, telling me tgat my promblem was spark plungs. I come back get the plungs fix. But guess what? It wasnt the plug. So when i explained the situation to the manager he spoke to me in a rude way saying that i was lying. He was so rude and intimidating i actually stared crying. I was so embarrassed. PEP BOYS is this what you consider good customer serves? Is this why i paid for a promblem i didnt have?
