I went in there with one of their $54 synthetic oil change coupons and when I sat down with their Customer Service person the cost went to $94. This isn't just Bait and Switch, it's fraud. Be careful with these guys - Manny, Moe and Jack might be crooks.

Went to return a battery charger and was told by a clerk on a phone to the back office or where ever that they will not accept this item for return. I had a receipt and all the package materials. I only used the charger once. Hey Pep Boys check out the Costco return desk and see how's done in person not on a phone from the back office. Sorry no more Pep Boys for me!

Make an appointment and told it will be 1.5 hrs before it gets in! Got my car in and was told I would be called when it was done. No call!!! This is THEE last time I will deal with this place! I have given this place way to many chances! OVER IT!!!�����
