It took two tries because they got distracted (I'm guessing with repairing the unexpected nail in my tire) and only did oil change and rotation but forgot the balancing I had asked for. They did go above and beyond the second time to make sure all work was completed. Overall they were super nice and provided great feedback on my vehicle. I will be back.
It was Sunday afternoon and my car was broke down. I called and they took care of everything. I will gladly go back for all my car care needs. And they were pleasant which means a lot now days. Thank you
Representative there yesterday was extremely rude. We'll never go back.
I made an appointment for 8 Monday morning for an oil change and to replace a headlight. It took 90 minutes and 3 people who came in after me, left before me. Never again
I have trusted this shop with regular maintenance for my car: oil changes, tire rotations, brakes, tires, etc. I'm happy with their service.
Took my car there to be serviced on a Sunday. They sat on it all day to tell me they couldn't find What was wrong and to take it to Grants. They charged me 40 bucks for that service. I will never suggest this place for anything.
So truck was shaking and pulling to the left so called around for ailment and everyone was busy but pepboys so I brought it to them. They said after 4 hours could not do ailment because they ran another test. This other test told them I need a Pittman arm and idle arm. Grand total for that would be 880.00. So we payed them for a day of no help. Git the parts from the store and figured we would do it are self. Idle arm was easy. Could not do Pittman arm. So bring it back to the to do Pittman . We dropped off our truck just to have it looked at and was told when we dropped it off first thing in the morning that they had 2 cars in front of us before they could look at our truck and it would be only a few hours... Those few hours turned more than 24 hours! Not happy that somehow our truck diagnosis kept getting pushed further and further back when we were guarantee first come first service... what a joke! Don't ever take your cars to Pep Boys... they lie and their customer service is the absolute worst!
This place is a joke!! If you want your car fixed right the first time don't take it here!! Unfortunately my car broke on a Sunday so my options were limited on where to take it but I will be getting my car serviced at Grants auto from now on.
