Their services SUCK & they obviously don't know what they're doing
i ordered rims for my car and paid it full and i had appointment next week . told me to come in Monday and i came in Monday and said that the truck didn't come in yet come back at noon. so i came back at noon and come find out they didn't order my rims so where did my money go never will go back to this place ever again
RecommendedWent to several other places near me to have 2 bulbs changed in my Honda. Tag light and tail light. I was pulled over twice the night before. Every other mechanic we went to threw their hands in the air “ I don’t know how you’re going to fix those “. Went to Pepboys and it took less than a minute to find the right bulbs AND replace them. Total cost, $8.00, total time at Pepboys 5 minutes. Highly recommend! We’ve been going to Pepboys for 21 years now. Never had a problem. Thanks guys!
I walked in at 6pm with a tire with a nail in it, and the tech who was on the way to the break room to get a drink on this hot day, insisted on grabbing the tire from me and beginning work right away even though I told him he could take his break first. The service writer friendly as well, and 25 minutes later I was driving away. Great service and pricing, very pleased!
had a slow leak in a tire, stopped at 3 other shops, and the wait was between 1.5 and 3 hours. just to inspect and possibly plug/patch a tire. i stopped in pep boys and they got me in only after a 20 minute wait. invoice didn't explain what they did, and the person that waited on me didn't know either. would have liked to given a 5 star review, but the person that waited on me had the personality of a brick, plus there was no A/C ANYWHERE. even in the customer waiting area. tire repair lasted 2 days. started leaking again. t... read more
I don't know what I would have done without these guys today! My water pump went up and I am not from the area. They saved the day! Josh rocks!
