I purchased a used car in Salisbury MD, in early May, that needed new tires to be driven safely back to Pennsylvania. I called the the store and ordered tires that were to be installed on the car when I picked the car up on Saturday, since the tires are an odd size and were not in stock. Everything was arranged with the service advisor and I was assured the tires would be in the store Saturday. When I arrived only two of the tires were in.
