Bought a 2011 Silverado from Scott Hiller less than three weeks ago. Two days in, my inside door handle breaks. I immediately had to change the idler and tension pulley as they were squeaking. I would give 0 stars to this place. I came in here to the collision center to get an estimate (I’m a 25 year old girl and I’m not a car genius mind you). I explained to the CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER that all I wanted was an estimate... just look at my car and give me numbers. He gave me a long schpeel about insurance and how I should go through it (literally a 15 min schpeel). He then asked me what I paid for the competitors. I messed up my front bumper a little. I was told my vehicle would be done the 12th, it was "finished" the 18th. I signed up for updates and received 1 saying it would be done on the 15th instead. I call the 15th asking when I could pick it up, and they were like oh... it will be the 18th. no sorry, just excuses on how it was someone else's fault as to why I wasn't informed. RecommendedIf I could,I would give 10 stars. Our salesman Todd Vostry Was absolutely awesome. The finance guy Rick was great as well. They made sure we could make a good deal,and drive away in a very very nice certified pre owned van. We did not feel pressured at any time. They really WANTED to work with us. He brought up a second van for us to look at. Let’s say we ended up driving it home! I really like it when a dealership really wants to work something out. Happy customers here!!

Had work done here once before what happened to those guys?? Tire blew on the highway so I though bc I’ve been here before and they were so great I’d baby it to there. Told them my situation as I’m crying and wants me to bring it in and pay at LEAST $150!!!!!! For a tire! I said what if I just bring the tire n rim in bc I only have a little bit of money! nope!!! Came in at 2, they replaced tire (road hazard warranty worth it - second tire) and out by 3. Pretty good, for Saturday afternoon with several service patrons already in queue. Thanks for taking good care of me.
Dove 2 hrs one way to look at a car that sold 2 days ago. It was still listed on your web site & called Phil and spoke to him about it 5hrs before arriving there to see it.
