Just picked up my new Honda Accord this week from Penske Honda. This is my second one from them. As a family unit, this is our 5th vehicle from Penske Honda and our wonderful salesman, Brian Burger. Had my oil changed yesterday. The express service was super fast, enjoyed coffee & a complimentary snack, and was in and out in 40 minutes. Fantastic customer service...I highly recommend!
Fast service, super friendly, saved me money and were very considerate of my time waiting for the car with two small kids! Toby was the best!

I bought a 2010 mini cooper from these crooks in August 2019 and I am finding out that they have cut so many corners just to make a sale .... my bad. they replaced the headlights with after market ones and they do not work .... just a bunch of cheap shortcuts buyer beware do not purchase any vehicles from this company they are only interested in making a sale
I called Penske because I received a recall notice on my 2019 Honda CRV- called last week they got my info , called this Monday to check , had to leave VM , no call back I stated I need oil change too, but again no call back. Tomorrow will be 7 days with no call back. Sad! I paid cash -think maybe cause of that?
