Horrible communication, & way overpriced. I brought my vehicle in Tuesday morning & they said it would only take 24-48hrs but, ended up getting done 4 days later🤦🏽♀️ They said they would charge me over $700 for parts that didn’t even cost $200. But, on the invoice it was over $1200. Thankfully, I had warranty & that covered it. Don’t think I’ll ever bring my vehicle here again

I was expecting to have to leave my car there for anywhere from two to four days, but I received a call to pick it up the very day after I took it in. Had a very good experience getting my car serviced at Premier Chevrolet. The wait time was significantly less than some prior times. Dominic was very nice and informative, as well as two other servicemen that I interacted with.
We had to wait over 5 hours to get tires rotated even though we had an appointment. That’s unacceptable!
