Horrible service department. It seems like when it comes to “fixing” things on my vehicle all they would do was put a bandaid on the problem. So when the warranty expires and that bandaid falls off, they can tell you sorry the warranty is expired and now you must pay out of pocket. Or the service department here only can guarantee a year on something they say they “fixed.” I would never purchase another Chevy from them nor should you. I took my 2018 Cruze in for service and as always it went smoothly. They always wash and dry my car off. I bought my car here and they made the buying process painless. I hade very bad credit at the time but they found a company to finance the car for me. I like this dealership.

I brought my car cuz it had some indicator lights that needed to be fix. Brought it in n the total fix was A little $1,000.00 n the very nxt morning after I picked up my car the same exact indicator lights came back on again. Was it really fix, No.The way how it turns out. No. Very disappointing n I’m gonna buy me A new SUV and Heavily considering buying A new mid engine Corvette. Do y’all think it’s wise to comeback to this dealer. Please prove me wrong.
