RecommendedService Department Appointment was quick and easy. The complementary shuttle took me to The Buena Park Mall while I waited. The team was kind and knowledgeable. I didn't feel stressed. It was a good day...& I never say that on Service days.
Had a sale and then they backed out. Got every possible runaround and excuse you could possibly imagine as they lied, cheated, and essentially stole my wife's dream car out from under her. And we were paying listed price! These people are as shady as they come. Dont know if anything will come out of it but contacting a lawyer in the morning. DEALER FRAUD!!!

Rene and Sandra where amazing. Can’t forget the remaining staff that worked on my SUV! I had to get my engine replaced, I expected for it to be a longer process to get my SUV back and they where done fairly quickly! They kept me up to date with the process as soon as they figured out what was wrong with my SUV , & very happy and grateful that the repairs where covered under the warranty 😃
