Buying a vehicle from Premier Chevrolet in Buena Park, California in May 2020, has to be the worst car buying experience I have ever had. I experienced Covid19 social distancing and mask rules violations from several of the personnel at the dealership including the Finance representative and the Dealership manager. I found several careless or possibly intentional errors in the contract process that if not corrected I would have paid approximately 4k more than I was supposed to have paid. Great sales / service staff.
Premier is my Go To dealership for service. Good customer service, quick and accurate repair service. After 5 service appointments I have had a great experience; including two separate issues resolved by Premier techs that had been handled at two different dealerships. I would go out of my way to bring my vehicle to Premier Chevrolet of Buena Park. Fortunately for me this dealership is located close to work. Good for me.
The staff is very professional and makes your visit pleasent.
