RecommendedBooked an appointment for oil change, some recalls and check out transmission shudder/hard shifting. All of that was noted at time of appointment. Show up and all techs are off so could only get an oil change unless I wanted to leave my truck for 4 days. Mike the service writer was awesome. The cashier had RBF and was beyond rude.

Service department was really slow. I had a 8:40 appointment for a regular service they told me it would take 2 hours I didn't leave till 12:30. You do the math... Atleast give my truck a wash🤷♂️
Went in due to a recall, saw a weekly ad for oil change, wash, 17 point inspection, decided to get the oil changed while there, went back to pick up my truck no car wash, No 17 point inspection report, I had to ask for a wash and had to ask for the report, I certainly hope they changed my oil, first time there and probably last. Trust is everything.
Brought in my 2018 Equinox for a check engine light. They found an oil leak. I had to call to check the status of my car every few days. After 8 days I pick up my car and still had to wait for it to be washed. 😩 There was no charge, it was under warranty.
Have a 2008 HHR (love it) with an issue for which there is a TSB specifying no-charge repair. Service Advisor Mike Lopez did exactly the right things (researched the TSB, had a mechanic run a diagnostic to confirm the problem) to address the matter, after which he confirmed the problem and cheerfully wrote-up a no-charge repair. After the inspection and repair, they informed me of a couple other minor items needing attention.
