Penny’s personal and professional involvement in lake life is the reason I reached out to her and the first contact with her I knew she was the realtor for me. Her great personality made it easy to communicate with someone so professional and knowledgeable. My home on a leased lot was listed off season and I was aware the first few months would be slow but she still reached out during holidays or slower than normal times to reassure me it was normal.
