I like Dr Levinstein, the front desk staff is another story. They are consistently rude and inept. Scheduling or rescheduling appointments here is a constant headache. They don't answer, when they do you're put on hold for long periods. They don't ask who you are, but they've rescheduled your appointment. "Just come in". Smh who does that? The phone etiquette is horrible. Is it a Dr office or a bodega in Allentown? It's hard to tell because the professionalism is totally lacking.
