Mentor was amazing. The evaluation specialist that I worked with was very consistent, professional all while making the experience very comfortable. She means very proficient in making sure I knew exactly what I needed to do and the time frame I had to do it . She answered every question honestly (and my baby girls..lol) and she had plenty.
