Labor and delivery was awesome, it’s the postpartum floor that lacks bedside manner. Nurse Brendell the night nurse is a literal nightmare; she is very condescending, she belittles you and treats you like you are a kid at every mishap or when you have any question related to supply or extra necessities that you need for baby and patient care. To go through postpartum with a nurse like that was hell to say the least.

I had such a positive experience with the midwives and labor & delivery nurses. My labor lasted 40 hours, and my epidural wasn’t working because the baby was sitting on my spine. The pain was unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. After two hours of pushing, we decided on a C section and i was transfered seamlessly to the ob team, where i was able to deliver my healthy baby girl. I recently had my child here in December and overall, I enjoyed my stay and the staff. The nurses in the nicu don’t want to wake the babies so they let them sit in their pee and poop until they wake up. I’ve watched them do this to other babies as I was always they’d with my baby but they still let my baby get a bad diaper rash! Since he’s been home under my care, I’ve healed his diaper rash and have prevented him getting one again but NOT LETTING HIM SIT IN HIS WASTE. However there were a few staff members that were highly ... read more

I was treated horribly here. I was told one of my newborn twins were losing too much weight that she may need a feeding tube and stay in the nicu, however this little girl was eating non stop that nicu doctors saw no problem with her. I believe they took the opportunity as a money grab. At the same time when my twins were in the nursery they forgot to feed them twice, they were premature by the way. Also I was told my mother and boyfriend can stay over night but we had issues with other nurses that wouldn’t allow it threaten... read more

I gave birth on January 28th, 2025. I had my kids here and my last pregnancy I suffered a hemorrhage so I was concerned with my recent labor, I had a nurse named Terry who was there for my 3 days of postpartum care watching over me and like my last pregnancy I hemorrhaged again and she took care of me every step of the way - she and a temple nursing student held my hands and reassured me during my hemorrhaging and it helped me stay calm so much more considering I was alone for my husband was not around at the time, he was ha... read more
