If you have sickle cell this is definitely not the place for you. They do not care you are NOT AN EMERGENCY to them. They will make you sit in the waiting room while everybody that’s before and after you get seen first. Disappointed to say the least. Some if not most of the nurses are rude. Some of the Drs don’t care about your treatment. This use to be a place to come but not anymore. Checking other options.

Edit 3/17/26 been in here 4 days now, I have either had my meals sent up wrong or not at all. It’s now 7pm and this time no food at all, but my roommate got his at 630. This is absolutely ridiculous, what kind of people work for this company. I know I am not the only one this has happened to. I seen reviews as well as heard other people on the floor complaining. Parking is expensive even with validation. However the hospital and the staff are top notch.ER was attentive and ICU makes sure the family is informed and comfortable. I am happy my loved one is getting the care she needs
