I've had to be hospitalized here multiple times and every experience I've had has been nothing but positive. The doctors caring for me have always been attentive and communicative, and the nurses are all extremely good with patient care and advocacy. This is the one hospital I wholeheartedly trust with my care, and I've had positive experiences with their outpatient care as well.

The nurses and OB/GYN staff at Penn are truly amazing. From the moment I arrived, clearly in the midst of contractions, they took exceptional care of both me and my newborn. I feel so fortunate for the birthing experience I had and hope others get the same. The nurses were attentive, thoughtful, and made our nights there comfortable and reassuring. I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience at Penn. I went in for a surgery and was greeted with nothing but kindness, compassion, and dignity from everyone I interacted with. Kate in the recovery ward kept up with my scattered thoughts and treated me so compassionately when I was vulnerable and confused. My charge nurses were all so amazing. Extremely long wait time in ER to be triaged. The waiting room is barely occupied but I have been just sitting here for 4 hours. Nurses are rude with communication when asking on updates
