Great out patient experience at Pennsylvania Hospital. Receptionist was very pleasant. Preop nurse True was friendly and fun I felt at ease with her. Dr Spears and Dr Frankel answered all my questions and seemed confident in their abilities. I felt ready to take this on with them. Love the hospital and emergency room but the prescription pick up needs work. Young people who gave wrong info and said the young gentleman stated he would only fill the rx that we were told is ready to pick up only if we stay and wait 30 minutes. I have never had to wait i normally can place my order and they call when the RX is ready, did the policy change? And when asked a question to respond “well what do you want” when i just wanted to know if my wife who just left the ER could place her order and go home to rest due to... read more

Josh Zallot is always and really kind and caring. He saved my life. However, Syreta R and the caucasian female er nurse just were short with me, had an attitude and was tired. Caused an injury to my vein and muscle due to incorrect IV placement. I displayed as much compassion for them but it’s not my place to maintain professionalism and compassion as the patient. That is the nurses job. Don’t sign up for the shift or job if you can’t do it.

Natalie Hirst is bad. I would not recommend Pennsylvania Hospital.
