I was there on April 4 for my right ankle surgery! All the doctor's and nurses were so nice to me. If i have to come back i would. But pray to god i won't break any other bone i my body! I wanna say a big Thank you to Dr Horton for doing my surgery. Thank you all.
I was taking good care of. I was constantly monitored they took care of my pain without a problem they did a CT scan which was necessary they did everything that they could do to make me comfortable I would return there the PA was excellent
**THIS IS FOR URGENT CARE on State St** We sat in the waiting area for an HOUR and then another HOUR before even being called back for triage. After triage we were then told to go back to the waiting area because there were no beds open. We sat out there for about another 45 mins. Once we got in a room, we waited for another 25 mins before the doctor came in! Needless to say, we won't be back for Urgent Care! I do realize that people are sick, but 4 1/2 hours is a little excessive!
My first time to this hospital for anything I had a bone scan and lab work done everyone was very friendly and they welcomed me there when I arrived. When they started registering me in the first they they said this is the first time you have ever been here I laught and said yes it is . They offered me something to drink and a snack which I though was very caring on the part.
First visit Sunday -Family Swim!!- and awesome first meeting (paperwork),last week. Looking forward to Orientation with wife (Tue or Wed) and being regulars! Wonderful staff, awesome pool, clean locker rooms!!!,(whew!), not red-eye hyper/overly-chlorinated and childcare sometimes!!! Ūber-excited!!! Thanks Dawn and Cherry Street Health!!!
I recently had cataract surgery at Pennock Hospital in Hastings performed by Dr. Harrell. My entire experience was excellent from beginning to end. Every person I encountered was kind, patient and helpful. I truly appreciated Dr. Harrell and his staff getting me scheduled in a timely fashion. Thank you Dr. Harrell and Pennock Hospital for exceptional care.
