Registered for surgery by 8:15 as instrucked in booth four. From there went to surgery waiting room for well over an hour. Finally nurse comes and asks for me just in case, as was never notified i was there for procedure. My surgery scheduled at 8:45. Than denies I'm not out of sequence for surgury when people come in after me and only wait a few minutes and having same thing done. Lies show up just because we are patients doesn't make us stupid. Need someone in surgery waiting room checking in arrivals
One week ago I gave birth to my daughter at the birthing center and my experience was amazing. Dr. Patenge was great!!! Our nurses were amazing!! I cannot even express how grateful I am to the nurses we had. Our whole team was so supportive during my unmedicated labor and delivery. Hollie, you were so awesome when I was in labor and delivered my baby just the way I wanted to. I was there recently for chest pains and all staff was very attentive! They did tend to take too long to bring something when it was needed but they were pretty busy too! I have to say that I REALLY appreciate Dr. Wildern for stopping into hospital to do my stress test at last minute as he was on his way out for weekend to help prevent the test from being rescheduled or have to stay in hospital for entire weekend! Staff was great, food was great and humor was great! Thanks all! Keep up the great work!
