Since Spectrum took over, Pennock has seemed to get much better overall. Came in for a knee replacement. The staff took very good care of me.
My wife and I spend a night in the birthing center, for some pre-birth complications. We now know this is the right place to deliver our baby. The staff was awesome, everyone was polite and helpful. Our nurses, Holly and Kailey, were truly a blessing, they took a negative experience and made it into a great experience.
Absolutely horrible. We sat in the waiting room for almost 2 hours before our insurance info was even taken. Sat almost another hour with no service until we realized it was a total sh** show. I highly suggest you go somewhere else. The only positive thing was the front counter employees felt bad about our experience and said they would let management know, but reading other reviews this is not an abnormal situation. GO SOMEWHERE OTHER THAN PENNOCK HASTINGS.
I DO NOT recommend the new nurse practitioner Alia Anthony. Due to her negligence I am paying a penalty. Don't waste your time with her.
All the girls up on the third room were so awesome with me and I was there for four days, just a sweet bunch of ladies, you rock. Cess
